Entering the Brexit negotiations with such a weak and ununified government, with a Remainer PM, was never going to work – we were always going to be on the back foot!
Given that, Mrs May probably has got the best deal she could, but it’s still the worst deal possible and not only is it unlikely to make it through Parliament, but as we see already, the European Council and leaders like Macron are flexing their muscles over us.
This is even more reason to leave with no deal and revert to WTO rules in our trade with EU nations as we do with the rest of the world.
